1. Appointment Policy

All appointments at Sevyn Luxe require a confirmed booking. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in shortened services out of respect for the next scheduled client.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable or transferable deposit. Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward the total cost of your service.

4. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.
If you experience concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address and correct the issue.

Products and retail items may only be returned if unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.

5. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. We ask that you communicate openly during your service so adjustments can be made in real time. Corrections are offered at the discretion of the stylist/technician.

6. Health & Safety

For your safety and ours, please notify your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures that may affect your service.

Clients exhibiting symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule.

7. Children & Guest Policy

To maintain a relaxing environment, children or additional guests are not permitted unless receiving a service.

8. Payment Policy

We accept all major forms of payment.
Full payment is due upon completion of services.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected during booking or services is kept confidential and used solely to enhance your client experience.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Sevyn Luxe reserves the right to decline service to any client who displays inappropriate behavior, disregards salon policies, or poses a health/safety risk.
